Sr Seller Experience Manager - Inventory Management, CN2Emerging PMO

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
Amazon's Emerging Stores such as Australia, Middle East, Latin America, new Europe stores and India are the promising new Stores for both existing Amazon Seller to expand their Amazon business, or for any new Seller to start business in those countries. Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Seller Experience PM to join the central PMO organization, focusing on making CN Sellers success in the Emerging Stores. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to Seller Experience, has a track record of success at problem solving, driving results, and partner with various cross function stakeholders to drive success, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. As a Seller Experience PM, you will be working with people from all over the world, and specifically go deeper into the Domain of Seller Supply Chain and mainly focus on inventory management, and Destination Stores assigned, to earn their trust and build rapport. You will identify & address Seller pain-points in the above domain, by leveraging various learning and research tools/ method, to become an expert of Selling process into Emerging Countries. You will also be required to be an Expert of Seller lifecycle Step related to inventory domain, and partner with product teams to influence the global product roadmap, or create new product to address a particular pain point. You also be partner with your business counterpart in the assigned destination Stores to report out on SX progress and raise discussions in business review, annual planning, and contribute to overall Amazon Emerging Stores growth strategy, This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting and fast paced business, make history, and have fun!

Key job responsibilities
1. Learn and be the expert of Seller Experience throughout Seller life cycle for Emerging Store, especially in Seller supply chain with main focus on inventory management.
2. Successfully acting as the PM consultant to the business leader for Emerging Store.
3. Familiar with Excel or any other data tools to conduct business analytic to uncover issues or growth drivers
3. Be able to leverage various tools or method to conduct research of a particular area assigned, and derive point of view that is business significant.
4. Work cross functionally with various stakeholders to align on priorities, and owns surfacing the top issue in timely manner, up to country manager and SLT level.
5. Owns the assigned domain Annual planning, and deliver insights across all levels of business reviews.
6. Influence product roadmap and priorities with relevant HQ product teams to push for CN sellers' priorities.

A day in the life
The Seller Experience PM drive progress of the domain through various communication with relevant stakeholders, align expectations, timelines, and deliverables, and you will manage the deliverable to ensure it is on time and on schedule. It is also important to take sometime out to look and research deeper into the top issue, and partner with supporting teams such as data guru or business intelligence to derive correct data set to illustrate the issue, together with anecdotes from business team you may also join discussions with senior leaders and offer your opinions to influence the strategy on behalf of your domain

About the team
Emerging Store SX team sits in the central PMO org of Asia Global Selling. We think ahead for our Sellers and business, and is close partners and consultant to our Asia business teams, and overseas stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, business operations, consulting or related field
- 5+ years in inventory management, or Supply Chain related experience
- Fluent English and Chinese verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications


- - MBA or masters degree is a plus
- - Fluency in other language out side of Chinese and English would be a plus
- - Experience in working in Australia, Middle East, Latin America, or India is a plus
- - Experience working with Executives is a plus
- - PMP certified
