Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

  • 4 years of experience gathering data and transform them into insights to promote products, services, and solutions.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to interact in this client-facing role.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in strategy consulting, consumer research or business development teams or companies.

  • Experience in data analysis, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, uncovering insights from complex datasets.

  • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives, business pitches, and C-level presentations.

  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

As a Strategic Insights Lead at Google you will play a crucial leadership role that helps shape the company's strategic direction. You are an expert in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


Responsibilities


  • Lead complex research and analysis which includes market research, trend analysis, data modeling, and user studies to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market opportunities.

  • Synthesize and communicate insights to translate raw data into clear and concise narratives, focusing on the strategic implications for Google. Present findings and recommendations to executives, product managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, to integrate strategic insights into the decision-making and product development process.

  • Monitor the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to provide forward-looking and relevant insights.
