Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience with stakeholder management and data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning or goal setting.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires daily communication with global teams in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant Advanced degree.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem-solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will help to define our overall go-to-market strategy, propose where we make new investments, build business plans for new infrastructure projects, analyze the financial viability of different solutions and verticals, and study the market to ensure we stay ahead of macroeconomic trends and our participant. You will help operationalize key planning processes and drive various escalations raised by the sales organization to successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for helping goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives. You will align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable problem-solving insights to increase productivity.
- Be a trusted advisor to the organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business issues and supporting organization priorities.
- Run and improve operations by launching new programs, goal setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Run key business planning processes, including data readiness, quota setting, territory planning, and head count assignment, to ensure the business is setup to be successful.
- Lead a range of ad-hoc analyses to drive improvements across the business, deep-diving on various topics such as sales productivity, pipeline generation, sales optimization, territory management.
