The Work: The Tag Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all SMB advertisers have a working client´s Tag implemented on their website. They will respond to seller questions about Tag implementation and reporting in a timely manner by resolving tickets in Zendesk. Tag Specialists may join calls with sellers and their advertisers to ensure quicker resolution of Tag implementation to improve velocity to activation.

Responsibilities:

Solve tag tickets in Zendesk while adhering to SLAs

Join calls with reps and advertisers as needed to resolve Tag issues

Provide Manager with visibility into themes, trends, or insights from Tag tickets Collaborate with teams to deliver trainings as needed and surface coaching opportunities to sales managers

Measure impact of improvements after implementation (Tag Revenue Dashboard )

Maintain documentation, how-tos, and FAQs to scale knowledge / expertise across the sales floor

Proactively communicate any tag product updates or changes to the sales team (via Tag newsletter or other methods)

Adhere to all support framework processes and escalation paths

Source feedback from sellers and consolidate to provide voice of sales input to product teams



Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Has experience working with HTML, CSS, and intermediate knowledge of JavaScript.

Experience working with, presenting to, and managing both internal and external partners/customers.

Knowledge of online advertising, web analytics, e-commerce and retail verticals. Knowledge of tag managers such as (GTM, Tealium, Segment, etc) Solid/Foundational knowledge of the AdTech world

Strong written and verbal communication skill

Spanish and English are required
