About the team/role
The
Tech Leader
will work in a newly founded team, responsible to support Fintech business growth in Brazil. Will work cross-functionality to understand architecture needs by multiple business lines, and collaborating closely with multiple functional teams as well as external partners to deliver solutions successfully, driving the business to success taking in considerations compliance matters related to 99Pay IP.

In this role, you'll be...
Responsible for driving solution design
Implementing localization payment scenarios in 99Pay, such as Pix, Rider payment, bill payment, mobile recharge, gift card etc.
Working closely with various team in Brazil and China, business team, operation team, development team, tech support team, infosec team, compliance team, etc.
Collecting requirements from different teams, understanding team needs, dismantling them into tech solutions,
Conduct technical evaluations on vendor's soutions and deliver high quality solutions.

5+ years of Java programming experience
Hands on experienced in large distributed systems/cloud technology
Experience in payments or Fintech industry.
Capability to create innovative, customer driven banking or payment solution, deliver high quality solutions to the customer.
The ability to work with global teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure.
Strong skills in organization, time management, relationship building, presenation and oral/written communications in English.
