In this role, you will:
- Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs
- Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for tech roles across Amazon
- Manage the candidate experience, including the interview, feedback and selection process, fly-back coordination and team participation, the formulation and extension of offers, facilitation of new hire placements into work groups, processing of relocation and immigration initiations
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements to ensure all full-time and intern hiring goals are achieved.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Tech recruiting experience
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
English Advanced
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies
Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills
Advanced knowledge of Spanish
