We are looking for a Technical Business Development Manager to increase features adoption and recruitment of sellers and selection within integrators partners in Latam (Marketplace Hubs). You will be responsible for supporting and building GTM strategies that drives sellers’ adoption of features, monitor and develop key business metrics, as well as supporting all our commercial and technical initiatives to grow the 3P business in Latam.
The Technical BD Manager must be able to balance Amazon's objectives with the needs of Integrators and Sellers, to guarantee we have a sustainable development plan with our partners. It will be required high level of control and process to track the results, get lessons learnings and adjust the process quickly a mix of negotiation, tracking control and task management skills, as well as a strong catch of business opportunities, executing the GTM plan through different teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the BD needs to have a huge sense of organization and process definition.
Key job responsibilities
Job functions include:
• Be responsible for increase features adoption among Partner Integrators;
• Constant contact with their teams via phone and email and also make recurrent visits.
• Create, develop and maintain the key metrics to strengthen our partnership and support the 3P growth
• Structure and monitor adoption initiatives with the integrators;
• Keep external and internal teams communicated about key issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
• Understand seller experience in the integrator and the seller needs to support them, increase results, based on features adoption.
About the team
Our team supports sellers who signed up on Amazon Marketplace to sell their products through venda.amazon.com.br.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- English and Spanish skills
