Territory Account Manager, Uber Eats, Berlin (m/f/d)
Job Description
**About the Role**
Join the Uber Eats team and help connect people with their favorite food! Our Territory teams work directly with restaurants to grow our business together.
**What You Will Do:**
- Manage a portfolio of restaurants in your territory (outside main cities) and drive business performance
- Communicate daily with Uber Eats partners, understand them, and advise them on how to grow their business and improve their operations
- Build strong relationships with top partners, identifying opportunities to boost their delivery business and maximize their success
- Reduce churn and secure more exclusive partnerships
- Gain deep insights into the restaurant industry to develop our service further
- Share your on-the-ground knowledge of the city with the wider team
- Act as an ambassador for our mission, brand, and product to restaurant partners
**About You:**
- You're a German native speaker and can speak English (B1+)
- You have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
- You can look at data in complex spreadsheets and make it tell a story
- You're good at thinking outside the box to solve problems
- You have good stakeholder management skills
- You're organized and structured
- You're based in Berlin or willing to relocate there
- You're able to travel from time to time to visit our partners
- If you worked in the Food Delivery or Food & Beverage industry, that's a plus
