Job Description
This role acts as the central coordinator for all transportation speed-related activities, driving collaboration, analysis, and continuous improvement to optimize speed performance across the all miles from transportation network. It is a critical role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the speed performance of the organization's entire transportation network. This position serves as the central point of coordination, bringing together data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve speed-related issues, as well as proactively drive improvements.

A day in the life
Serve as the central point of coordination for all transportation speed-related activities across the organization;
Regularly collect and analyze speed data from various transportation modes and sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement;
Work closely with transportation managers, capacity planners, and other stakeholders to understand speed performance and the factors impacting it;
Proactively identify and troubleshoot transportation speed defects or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams;
Coordinate with the capacity management team to ensure transportation speeds are aligned with capacity constraints and availability;
Develop and maintain reporting on transportation speeds, identifying key metrics and KPIs to track progress;
Communicate speed performance and mitigation strategies to leadership on a regular cadence;
Recommend process improvements and technological solutions to enhance transportation speed and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in program or project management;
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements;
- Experience owning program strategy, delivering end-to-end, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Excel skills;
- Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications


- Master's degree.
