Join Amazon Furusato, our innovative Hometown Tax marketplace (Furusato Nozei), to lead the creative vision and strategy. We are looking for a talented, innovative visual designer with exceptional creative skills and a relentless desire to delight customers across various marketing channels. This role's primary goal is to execute Amazon Furusato brand strategy, partnering with marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has the ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into customer-centric designs that elevate Amazon Furusato brand and drive its growth. You proactively identify creative opportunities to improve the customer experience, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and articulate strategic design choices.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with marketing teams to build best-in-class customer experience from creative design, raising brand awareness.
- Obsessed with customers and support your designs using insights including quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and feedback
- Self-starter with proven ability to ideate the creative strategy for both digital and offline.

Requirements:
- English proficiency
- A creative portfolio demonstrating a conceptual thinking skillset, art direction and design.
- In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, InVision), and a basic understanding of UX design.
- Excellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability.
- Strong organization and collaboration skills.

Basic Qualifications


- 2+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience working with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience in prototyping

Preferred Qualifications


- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and design
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
