Amazon’s Mexico Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Workforce Operations to lead our high volume hiring program. This manager leads a broad set of teams that plan, execute and analyze the critical labor acquisition functions for hourly hiring in existing and newly launching businesses. From capacity forecasting, candidate engagement, to labor delivery execution through various supply chains and risk forecasting, this team collaborates across a wide spectrum of business partners to improve Amazon’s labor cost, capacity and customer experience. Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytics background that enables him/her to manage quantitative planning and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about the talent supply chain. This individual will lead the analysis of labor supply and demand across Australia composed of multiple Amazon business lines. He/she will collaborate with the centralized applicant sourcing, advertising, analytics, business operations and finance teams to deliver effective delivery of workforce strategies across different employee types.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
- Fluent English and Spanish
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting
- Knowledge of Mexican employment law and HR / Payroll practices

Preferred Qualifications


- Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Masters Degree
